Your Safety Comes First

How 9ks Protects Your Login & Account

Security at 9ks is not an afterthought. Every layer of the login process is designed to keep your account safe, even if you're accessing from public Wi-Fi at a café in Bangsar or a hotel lobby in Penang.

256-Bit SSL Encryption

Every data packet exchanged during your 9ks login is encrypted end-to-end with the same standard used by major international banks.

Two-Factor Authentication

Enable 2FA for an extra layer of protection. A one-time code is sent to your registered mobile number each time a new device logs in.

Session Monitoring

9ks automatically flags unusual login activity and can lock your session if suspicious behaviour is detected — keeping uninvited guests out.

Responsible Login Limits

Set daily session time limits directly from your account. When the limit is reached, 9ks will automatically sign you out and remind you to take a break.

Common Questions

9ks Login — Frequently Asked Questions

Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. You'll be asked to verify your registered email address or mobile number, and a reset link or OTP will be sent to you. If you run into trouble, the 9ks support team is available 24/7 via live chat to walk you through the process — you can also check the FAQ page for a step-by-step guide.

Absolutely. The 9ks platform is fully optimised for mobile browsers on both Android and iOS. Whether you're using a Samsung, Xiaomi, or iPhone, the 9ks login page loads quickly and the interface adapts to your screen size. No app download is required — just open 9ks.lat in your mobile browser and sign in as normal.

For your security, 9ks temporarily locks accounts after a number of consecutive failed login attempts. This protects against brute-force attacks. The lock lifts automatically after a short cooling period, or you can contact live chat support to have it reviewed faster. Make sure you're entering the correct username or email and that caps lock is off.

9ks uses 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire platform, so your credentials are encrypted before they leave your device — even on a public network at a shopping mall in KL or a café in Penang. That said, for best practice it is always advisable to use a trusted personal connection or enable a VPN when accessing financial accounts on public Wi-Fi.

Basic account login only requires your username and password. However, as part of 9ks's responsible gaming and compliance commitments, identity verification (KYC) is required before processing your first withdrawal. This typically involves submitting a copy of your MyKad or passport. Once verified, withdrawals to your Maybank, CIMB, or Public Bank account are processed smoothly.

You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use a 9ks account. This age restriction applies to all users regardless of their location in Malaysia. 9ks is committed to responsible gaming — if you ever feel that gambling is becoming a problem, please visit our Responsible Gaming page for support resources.
